Portfolio questions

I'm still unclear about some of the requirements for our portfolio. What do we do for "Description of 5+ interdisciplinary methods, with explanation" and the "demonstration of 3+ methods?" Then what is "description of 5+ transdisciplinary methods" and "demonstrate 3+?" If anyone has any insight on this, it would be much appreciated and very helpful as I try to finish up my portfolio.
